Insight did not have the required glass for this vehicle (too new ). However, the team in Denver contacted the appropriate dealer, ordered the glass, and promptly installed it as soon as they received it. horrible Experience they quoted me one price then contacted me told me that they gave me the wrong quote for the wrong windshield the new windshield was $100 more. The installer was almost three hours late he had a three hour window and he was three hours late. They installed a generic piece of glass that had nothing on it no sensors nothing but charge me for the windshield that was supposed to have the sensors and all that I contacted customer service and he tried to tell me that everybody knew about this and it was like a okay thing but that's not true still haven't heard back from the supervisor.
Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a great customer service experience throughout the process. The woman who I talked to (several times) on the phone was very professional, friendly and provided fast estimates and service times. The technician who replaced the window was also very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this company!
