They gave me an appointment for Thursday from 9 to 11 am. However, no one came that day. I tried to call them, but the whole day no one answered the phone
I'm very angry with them because my truck was supposed to leave today on the road and I had to cancel the load, because the truck does not meet DOT request
DO NOT HIRE! just pay the extra $25 bucks and hire safelite or anybody else. These guys have the lowest prices and worst rating for a reason. So I scheduled the appointment just like any other glass company does he tells me between 8-10 the guy doesn't arrive by 10, whatever that's no big deal, so when they do decide to show up around 12 they do the job and the leave with my brand new inspection sticker (could have been an honest mistake but NO wait) i immediately call the company (which is just the guys personal cell phone) i tell him the tech just left 30 seconds ago and he took my inspection sticker and it's brand new and it's still good for 12months and i need it back. The man on the phone says ok let me call the tech and i will have him turn around come back(he wouldn't have been at the end of the street yet.) That is the last i have heard from them and now they WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. Just like many of these reviews say they always do something bad and then they don't answer the phone. If this was any honest company they would have turned around and if not mailed it back to me, anything, but they probably do this often and then sell them to people who have rejection stickers.

Glass tech did an amazing job, very reasonable aswell. Much faster service than expected.
My experience with your company was terrible and still is. First, the guy who did the job broke the first glass. So for that reason I had to way about more than two hours for him to go get a new one(living my car with no glass, so I have to keep watching it until he comes back) then he damaged my car installing the second one. My car is a brand new Mazda 2023 cx50. That now has scratches on the paint and look terrible. I’m still waiting for a reasonable solution to this matter.
