Over all it was good experience. Just the waiting time and not knowing when the Installer will show up. The Installer did not call on the day of Installation. I have to call couple of times the office to find out when the Installer will be at my place. It would be nice if we knew the approximate time of his/her arrival in the morning of Installation.

THE ONLINE SET UP PART WAS GREAT. UNFORTUNATELY THE FOLLOW UP WAS NON EXISTENT, I NEVER WAS CONTACTED ABOUT MY AUTO GLASS.
Fast, professional and courteous
When I called on a Thursday inquiring about a replacement back glass. I gave them my address and they said I was in radius and we set an app for Saturday for them to come to my house. Saturday came I had to call them, for them to tell me they needed to reschedule for the following Tuesday. On Tuesday they tell me I am out of radius so they can not come. Awful experience.

They showed up unprepared. 2 workers the, younger worker who seemed to be the helper was unprofessional. They took apart pieces of my car and did not install them back correctly. Also did not do a good job with cleaning up the glass. Over all they were the cheapest company offering glass replacement.
I reached out to All Star Glass 2 days after sending the request and no one has gotten back to me. Very disappointing.
