Once they show up they are good at what they do. My motto is treat customers like you want to be treated. Do what you say and say what you will do.
Was told a couple hours, then a couple more hours then a couple more hours. Then the next day at 9:30 am. Then finally tech shows up at 11:30am. The inconsistency of communication made us be very inconsistent with our customers.
Don’t trust what they tell you. Price is fair. Tech support and work great. Office help very untrustworthy in timelines.
I contacted them on a Tuesday. They said they could have somebody out by Wednesday. Wednesday came. They did not have the tools they needed. Thursday the guy was not available. Friday finally got confirmation on a repair late on Saturday. I declined the appointment cuz it has been since Tuesday. Very disappointed.

I was able to call them. They gave me an excellent price they came to my home. They were able to complete the work within the hour and we calibrate the window to meet the needs of a new car. The whole process was seamless painless, and the whole team was professional. I recommend this company to anyone that has any crack, windows, window, shields, or other glass repair work that needs to be done

When they called, they said he didn’t know if he could get glass for my car; I told him I can get the glass if he would put it in and he said let me call you back and never did call me!
