Shannon and his 20 year-old son arrived on time. They were personable, friendly, and had the entire windshield replaced in about 1/2 hour. They left the car a little cleaner than when they found it, didn't mind answering a few stupid questions from the customer (me), and in general it was a pleasure meeting them both.
The tech was timely, efficient and polite, and the pricing was fair
